Our hibachi chef was incredible and so funny!! The good was amazing!! Definitely will go back!! I had the special sushi roll of the day, the Bumblebee and it has to be my favorite ever!! My granddaughter had the hibachi with steak and she loved it too! Plus hearing her giggle at the chef was the icing on the cake!
I love this place. For me since I'm from Los Angeles it feels like it's difficult to find a good sushi place or a good Mexican restaurant. But I've dined in twice and I've ordered out three times and every single time the order has hit the mark. When I dine then I sat at the hibachi table and the demonstration and cooking performance that they do is extremely fun for the family and I love it. When I ordered to go, the order has always been correct and the food has always tasted fresh. The staff behind the counter that is prepared to greet you has never failed to greet me or display professionalism or show good service. From the front end to the back of the house I strongly recommend this location due to the superior service and quality of food every time. Right now I'm leaving right after waiting for a to go order, and I finally had the privilege to speak with the manager to tell him how wonderful this location is. He was very friendly spoke positively of his staff and demonstrated he genuinely enjoyed conversing with the customers and was greatly informative. if you need sushi or hibachi or just downright delicious food with out having to worry about the quality of service, this location is unmatched and unparalleled to any I've ever experienced.
Always great food and a great time! It seems the portions may be a bit smaller now though. We didn't get as much rice this last time as we usually do. I understand they are more than likely controlling portions now due to overhead or waste. Next time I'll simply ask for extra. Thanks for the entertainment and the great food! Can never go wrong with the Chicken and Steak Hibachi!
What a fun experience! Went for my birthday dinner and had a great time. We were the only ones there (3:00 on a Tuesday). Everyone was so friendly and the food was amazing!
Called a few hours ahead and got a dinner reservation for 5 easily. We pivoted upon arrival and didn’t want to sit at a Hibachi table, but they found us a different one quickly. When we arrived, a person in our party was not there but the staff was incredibly accommodating and super friendly. Service was great, food was as well. We explained the situation about the late family member and they even held his order in the back to keep it hot.
Listen, the food is great and the atmosphere is comfortable and clean, but the service here is incomparable! Every time I’m here, the staff are so friendly and on point. The sushi is pretty bomb (best sushi in Jackson imo). And for us, it’s a family favorite — we’re here for pretty much every birthday and anniversary.
We went to Ichiban for dinner with our 3 kids. We had a peanut and egg allergy in 2 of our kids which made us very hesitant about going out to eat. Alex was AMAZING in terms of handling a stressful situation and making it a POSITIVE environment!! He was absolutely AMAZING he even came back to inform us that there is egg in the salad dressing. We had Harry as a cook and he was amazing as well making sure he went back TWICE to check that our kids plates were being made with no egg even after he started cooking. Very pleased and our family WILL be back! Amazing job to Harry and Alex!
Awesome experience took my wife for a early mother day present with the chef and the fire and all of it! Total professional wish would have taken video of it but my phone died! Definitely recommend!
